Darrin's Diary...

Today is Saturday. Yesterday all went well with the hospital. In fact, so well I had to send a shout out to God. The tech checked my legs for clots and not only are my legs fine, but she says there is no sign that I EVER had clotting before. Mind you I had a serious medical issue a few years back. I was blown away that there is no sign of clotting at all. My legs have been sore and I have been feeling under the weather, but I attribute that to just getting older.

Still thinking about a new car, but leaving it at that...thinking. I am headed to Da Book Joint here in Chicago on 95th and Jeffrey to hang out with the owners (it's their one year anniversary) and to hang out with Author friends there who are having a signing. (Got the message Kwan, I'll be there bro).

Other than that, there isn't a whole lot going on. I plan to go to dinner this evening, but I do that every weekend. I am going grocery shopping later and getting my hair cut this morning (I am actually at the barbershop now).

I started back in the gym. No weights (we will see how that goes) just running. Everyone keeps emailing me saying leave the weights alone and just run so we will see.
